A free SSL certificate is included in every plan and is installed and renewed automatically on all your domains.
When it appears
The certificate is issued automatically once the domain points to our server (see the nameservers article). This usually takes a few hours.
Always open the site over https
- In cPanel open Domains.
- Turn on Force HTTPS Redirect for the domain.
On WordPress also check Settings → General: both addresses should start with https://.
The browser says the site is not secure
Make sure 24 hours have passed since the nameserver change. If it persists, open a ticket and we will reissue the certificate.
