Refund policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Georgian version is legally binding and prevails in case of any difference.
1. 30 day refund
1.1. If you are not happy with the service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first hosting order.
1.2. The refund applies to each customer's first hosting order.
2. What is not refunded
- domain registration, renewal and transfer fees;
- renewal fees for the service (second and later periods);
- amounts requested after 30 days;
- third party services and licenses;
- fees for an account terminated for breaching the acceptable use policy.
3. How to request a refund
3.1. Open a Ticket from the client area or email info@webhoster.ge, from the email address the account is registered with.
3.2. The money is returned by the same payment method you used. The timing depends on the bank or payment system.
3.3. The service ends when the refund is made. Download the files and email you need beforehand.
