Is it really free?
Yes. Migration is free on any Web Hoster plan, at no extra cost.
Will my site go down during the move?
No. The site keeps running on the old host until we have checked everything on the new server. Only then do you change the nameservers.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size and number of sites. We will give you the exact timing in the ticket before we start.
Which kinds of sites do you move?
WordPress and other PHP sites, and cPanel accounts. If your site uses another technology, write to us first and we will let you know.
What do you need from me?
Access to the old host or a backup of the site. Share access details only through a ticket, never by chat or social media.
