AI hosting connector terms of service
These terms apply to the Web Hoster connector (https://mcp.webhoster.ge/mcp), which lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex act on a Web Hoster hosting account. They add to our general hosting contract, acceptable use rules and refund policy (in Georgian, at webhoster.ge/terms). If the two conflict for use of the connector, these terms apply.
1. Who can use it
You need a Web Hoster client account with an active hosting service. You must be at least 18 years old or act for a business that holds the account.
2. What the connector does
When you connect an assistant and sign in, you choose one site (domain and folder). The assistant can then read and write files in that folder, publish a site, create MySQL databases and mailboxes, install a contact form, read error logs, list versions and roll back. It cannot reach other folders, other accounts or the server itself.
3. You stay responsible for your site
- Actions the assistant takes through the connector are treated as actions on your account. Review what you ask it to do, especially publishing, deleting and rolling back.
- The content of your site must follow our acceptable use rules: no phishing, malware, spam, illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Check your site after changes. Version history lets you undo changes for 24 hours; it does not replace your own backups.
4. Third-party assistants
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other assistants are provided by their own companies under their own terms. Web Hoster does not control them, does not see your conversations with them and is not responsible for what they suggest or generate. We receive only the tool calls they send to the connector.
5. Limits and availability
- Up to 300 files or 60 MB per publish call and 25 MB per file. Disk, mailbox and database limits follow your hosting plan.
- We may limit request rates to protect the service and other customers.
- We aim to keep the connector available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove tools; we will update the documentation when we do.
6. Suspension and disconnection
You can disconnect any assistant at any time in the client area (AI hosting → AI connections). We may suspend connector access for abuse, security risk or an unpaid or suspended hosting service. When a hosting service is suspended or terminated, its connector tokens stop working.
7. Liability
The connector is provided as part of your hosting service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the connector follows the liability terms of the hosting contract. We are not liable for changes made by an assistant at your request or for content it generates.
8. Privacy
How we handle data received through the connector is described in the AI hosting privacy notice.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. Questions: info@webhoster.ge, +995 598 55 44 20, or a ticket in the client area.
